Postdoctoral Association

The Boston College Postdoctoral Association (911±¬ÁÏÍøPDA) promotes the professional, social, and family well-being of postdoctoral fellows from all 911±¬ÁÏÍø departments. The purpose of the 911±¬ÁÏÍøPDA is:

To promote the professional training and career preparation of its members

To promote peer interactions and support among the 911±¬ÁÏÍø postdoctoral community

To serve as liaison between its members and the administration of 911±¬ÁÏÍø

To introduce new postdoctoral fellows to the 911±¬ÁÏÍø community

To provide liaison between 911±¬ÁÏÍø postdoctoral fellows and other postdoctoral associations in Massachusetts and in the United States

The 911±¬ÁÏÍøPDA regularly organizes conferences and talks on topics of interest to its membership. In addition, the 911±¬ÁÏÍøPDA has an ongoing Knowledge Dissemination Program to financially support the dissemination of its members’ original and independent scholarly work.
